Having such a great time touring the Queensland Coast in June 2009, seven-time Aria Award winning singer/songwriter Wendy Matthews is on the road to Queensland again... and this time, the lady sings the blues.
Wendy embarks on putting her own spin on a set of classics from one of the world’s greatest blues singers – Billie Holiday before cracking out her catalogue of greatest hits as well as some rare gems not heard from her in a long time.
This will be an event to put on the “must see” list.
In late 2008, Wendy released the first CD “SHE” from her own label Barking Bear Records. Thus began one of the busiest 18 months of her career to date.
2010 promises to be one of Wendy’s finest years yet!
